We hold trade accounts with Europe's finest tile, sanitaryware and furniture brands, so we can source materials that are both beautiful and built to last — porcelain, ceramic and natural stone, Italian and British-made bathroom furniture, shower enclosures and brassware. Everything is ordered in especially for your project.
Our skilled tradespeople manage the full installation — tiling, plumbing, electrics, and finishing — coordinated seamlessly so your project stays on schedule and exceeds expectations.

Not at all. You are very welcome to walk in and browse tiles, sanitaryware and samples during opening hours. If you would like to discuss a bathroom or wet room renovation, or use our design service, we hold a slot of up to two hours so a designer is free to work through the project with you.
We spend up to two hours going through your space, your ideas and your budget, and show you materials in person. If you have sent photos and measurements with your enquiry, we will have already reviewed your room, so the time goes on design rather than fact-finding.

Yes. When you would like us to design your bathroom or wet room properly, there is a design fee from £250 including VAT. It covers the survey, the photorealistic render in Virtual Worlds Pro v8 and revisions until you are happy — and it is credited in full against your project when you go ahead.
Then there is nothing to pay. The design fee applies only to full bathroom and wet room projects where we produce a 3D design. Tile supply, kitchen floors, splashbacks and other tiling work are measured and quoted free, as always. Our tiling measuring guide shows you exactly what we need in order to quote.
A survey visit, your mood boards, the 3D render and revisions. The renders are yours to keep. The full technical specification — setting-out dimensions and the product schedule — is issued when your project is confirmed, as it forms part of the installation.
That is absolutely fine and there is no pressure from us. The fee covers design work already carried out, so it is not refunded, but you keep your renders and owe us nothing further. If you booked at home or by phone and cancel within fourteen days, before design work has begun, you receive a full refund — the plain terms are on our design service page.
