Two ways to do this

Option 1 — You measure, we help. Free.

Plenty of people already know what they want. If that is you, measure the room yourself using our free guide, bring the figures in, and we will help you choose tiles, sanitaryware and finishes that fit the space properly and work out the quantities. There is no charge for any of that, and no obligation. You only pay for what you buy.

Option 2 — We come to you and design it. £250 inc VAT.

If the room needs rethinking, if you are moving things around, or if you simply want to see it before you commit, we will come out, survey and measure the room properly, and design it. You get photorealistic 3D renders and a round of revisions. The renders are yours to keep whatever you decide, and if you order your bathroom through us the full £250 comes off your quote.

What the £250 covers

• A home visit to survey and measure the room properly, including services and existing waste positions
• A full design worked up around your brief, your budget and the shape of the room
• Photorealistic 3D renders produced in Virtual Worlds Pro v8
• One round of revisions once you have seen them
• The renders are yours to keep, whatever you decide to do next
• The full £250 credited against your project if you order through us

What it does not cover

The renders show the look and the layout — they are not construction drawings. Detailed setting-out dimensions and the full product schedule are released when you place an order. Structural, plumbing and electrical work is confirmed on site by your installer.

Where we come out to

The £250 includes the survey visit in Letchworth, Hitchin, Baldock, Stevenage, Royston and nearby. Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Hertford, St Albans, Luton, Dunstable, Biggleswade, Sandy, Flitwick and Ampthill are £300 including VAT. Bedford, north London and further afield — please ask and we will price it with the job.

Before you book — the plain terms

• The fee includes the survey visit, your mood boards, the 3D render and revisions.
• It is credited in full against your project and appears as a line on your quote.
• The renders are yours to keep. The full technical specification, meaning setting-out dimensions and the product schedule, is issued when your project is confirmed.
• Renders are for visualisation. Every dimension is confirmed by survey before anything is ordered.
• If you book at home or by phone, you have fourteen days to cancel for any reason. We refund you in full, within fourteen days of you telling us.
• If you would like your survey or design inside those fourteen days, we will ask you to confirm in writing that you are happy for work to begin early. If you then cancel before the work is finished, you pay only for the work already done and we refund the rest.
• Once your design is complete, the cancellation period no longer applies. The renders are yours to keep either way.
